KMC is once again participating in the Walk in Sister's Shoes (WISS) campaign to benefit the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic School Fund, to raise money to help all students to attend a Catholic school in our diocese, regardless of financial ability. In order to raise money, we have planned several events:
Connie's Cookies: cookies are being sold today during all lunch periods to kick off the fundraising efforts.
Valentine Candy Grams: KAY Club will be selling candy grams during all lunch periods next week and will donate all proceeds to WISS.
Bills Wars: students may add $1 and $5 bills to their own house’s jar for positive points, and add $10 bills or higher for negative points in the other houses' jars. This will take place during all lunch periods February 12-March 1.
Super Spirit Week: students may purchase a Super Spirit Week pass. Passes will be sold for $10 during all lunch periods on February 29 and March 1. The pass allows students to wear a KMC shirt with blue jeans or blue, white, black or gray sweatpants every day (except Wednesday because of all school Mass) during the week of March 4-8. Leggings and shorts are not allowed. Students who do not purchase a pass must be in school uniform.
