ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online registration takes place within your Parent PowerSchool account via a desktop or laptop computer. Click HERE to get started. 

It is important to note that any outstanding school fees from the 2023-24 school year will be added to your 2024-25 school fees in the online registration process. All textbooks and other outstanding school materials must also be returned to the school office, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Questions regarding fees or payments may be directed to KMC Bookkeeper, Amy Marshall, at amarshall@kapaun.org.

To begin online registration, click HERE. Click on "Forms" and begin the registration process by choosing the "Enrollment" tab. Most of the documents will give users a language preference (English, Spanish or Vietnamese); to change the language, select the option from the upper right corner within each document.  If you have several students at KMC, start with the oldest child and work your way to the youngest child.

A page will pull up with four tabs. Complete all documents under the "Enrollment" tab. Save as you go, as the system will not automatically save your work. When complete, hit the Submit button at the bottom right of each form.

With online registration, you may choose to pay online via an e-Funds account (located within the "Fees" page). You will need your student's ID number to complete this step (located on the "Fees" page). Payment via a debit/credit card incurs a $2.85 per $100.00 service fee. Online payment via an electronic check incurs a $1.25 service fee per transaction. Please note online registration will close and the Parent PowerSchool portal will be turned off on Friday, July 26 at 12:00 pm. 

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you may do so on Thursday, August 8 from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm or on Friday, August 9 from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm in the KMC Commons.

You must complete the online registration process to ensure your student's enrollment and placement in specific classes - not completing the online portion within the time frame will off-set the elective classes in your student's schedule.  

If you do not know your Parent PowerSchool password, have trouble signing in (system does not automatically generate a new password), or have any questions regarding online registration, please contact KMC Registrar, Nicole Spiers, at nspiers@kapaun.org. Incoming freshman parents - your Parent PowerSchool username and password will be the same as it was at your feeder school.

For those who have completed the online registration process, class schedules will be emailed via Document Delivery in August.
