Graduation Practice
Graduation practice is scheduled for Friday, May 16 at 9:00 am at KMC. Seniors need to enter at the gym door #14 from the student parking lot. Do not enter at the main entrance or the commons doors.

Graduate Packets
Graduate packets that include diploma, unofficial transcript, report card and health records will be available for pick up at KMC: June 2-3, 8 am - 12 pm.  If you are unable to pick up your packet during these times, they will be available for pick up after June 3 during the summer office hours, Monday-Thursday, 8 am - 12 pm. The packets must be picked up by the graduate or a parent; they will NOT be mailed to homes.  The packets will not be released until all remaining school fees/fines are paid in full and books, Chromebooks, Cum Laude stoles, and athletic uniforms are returned.

Graduation Photos
Iseman Photography will take photos of all other senior end-of-year events, including the panoramic class photo, Baccalaureate Mass & Senior Convocation, and Graduation.

Iseman Photography will post all images to a graduation image gallery for general viewing in the PhotoDay app. You can access this gallery by texting KMCGRAD25 to 90738. Once in the gallery, it is highly recommended to use the FaceFind tool to quickly find your student's images.

Legacy Information
At the Senior Convocation, any student whose biological parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, etc. is a graduate of KMC, Chaplain Kapaun Memorial High School or Mount Carmel Academy will receive special recognition. In addition, they will receive medals to wear at graduation.

Parents, you may review the listing for the KMC Class of 2025 HERE. 

Please take a moment to review the list. Contact Julie Arnold at jarnold@kapaun.org if any of the following conditions exist:

• your child is not on the list and you feel he/she should be

• your child is listed and should not be

• your child is listed, but not all of the biological parents, grandparents or great-grandparents who graduated from KMC, CKM or MCA are listed

Any changes need to be submitted by Friday, April 25. Thank you in advance for your help in providing legacy recognition to your students!

Project Graduation
All seniors are invited to attend Project Graduation, 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm, on Sunday, May 18 at Chicken N Pickle, 1240 N. Greenwich. This is an after-graduation party sponsored by the Crusader Parent Organization. There will food, pickleball, and yard games. Seniors will have the chance to win some awesome prizes! There is no cost to attend and this event is for KMC seniors only.

Finals
Senior finals are tentatively scheduled for May 8-9 during their regular block schedule. Seniors with an "A" grade may be exempt with teacher signature. Exemption forms will be available in the school office beginning Monday, April 28, and must be completed and returned by 3:30 pm on Wednesday, May 7. No late forms will be accepted.

All unpaid school fees and fines must be paid in order for seniors to take their finals. Please contact Amy Marshall at 634-0315 for more information or to pay your balance.

AP Exams
AP exams are scheduled for May 5-16. Schedules will be sent to the seniors taking AP exams.
