As KMC school counselors we are here to serve the students.  Our doors are always open for those who may have questions or concerns about their academic, career and social/emotional development during the school day.  Please do not hesitate to contact us.  The counseling department can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

What is School Counseling?

According to the American School Counselors Association, Professional School Counselors are uniquely qualified to work with students to address and solve academic hardships, support social and emotional growth of students and assist with career and college readiness to prepare students for the world beyond.

How do I schedule an appointment?

During the school day, students may ask their teachers to leave class to see their counselor, or they can stop by between classes or at lunch. If the counselor is unavailable at that time, students may sign up for an appointment on their counselor's door and, when available, the counselor will send a pass for the student to come see them.
