Letter of Intent Signees

Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School Athletic Director John Heise announced today that KMC senior Nikole Hollingshead has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Friends University in Wichita next fall and play soccer for the school
A forward/midfielder, Nikole played on the KMC junior varsity team her freshman year. Injuries incurred during her club soccer seasons kept her out of the KMC lineup in her sophomore and junior years.
“I am looking forward to my senior year as a varsity forward, so I can help our team win the (5A) state title,” Nikole said.
When not playing for KMC, Nicole plays for the Wichita Riot, coached by former Wichita Wings player and coach Kevin Kewley.
Nikole and her parents, Richard and Carol Hollingshead, are members of Magdalen Parish. Nicole has not yet decided on her major at Friends University.
