Letter of Intent Signees

Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School Athletic Director Mark Carney announced today that KMC Senior Alex Clark will sign a National Letter of Intent to attend and play soccer at Division II Rockhurst University in Kansas City next fall. The ceremony will take place Wednesday, May 9 at 10:00 am in the KMC Round (just inside the main entrance).
Alex has played all four years for the Crusaders, earning a varsity letter in 2004, 2005 and 2006 as the team's starting goalkeeper.
Clark has helped to lead the Crusaders to the Greater Wichita Athletic League soccer championship each of the last three years, and to the State Tournament's Final Four in each of those years. The Crusaders finished 3rd in 2004 and 2005, and were the state runners-up in 2006.
Alex was named the All-City and All-Metro goalkeeper in 2006. In addition, he was named to the All-Regional First Team in 2005 and 2006, and to the All-State First Team in each of those years as well..
